How long does it take to make my item?
>Anywhere from minutes to hours, days, weeks or months. Depending on the size and stitch design of the item. For example Mushroom Lighter Holders (smaller accessory item), can take minutes. Whereas Zigzag Trackies can take 3 months to complete a single pair. All items are handmade, often materials are handmade, all items have hand sewn labels as well.
Who made my clothes?
>All items are sustainably made using slow fashion techniques, by Kezzla. Yes, that is right, one person creates this entire stock’s worth of wearable art. A lot of the designs are RainbowPot originals and that is a time consuming creative task.

How do I wash my items?
>Hand wash recommended. Depending on the fibres please always hand wash items. Place item into luke warm water, add in a few drops of favourite essential oils if preferred. If items are very dirty with grease or sweat, add in a small amount of soap (either liquid of solid) but this will need a clear rinse afterwards. *Do not wring out any items as this disturbs the fibres and can misshape garments*. Instead, soak the items and gently push them under the water, gently squeeze until the water absorbs & repeat. To dry items we recommend squeezing out as much water as you can without twisting the garment. Then place onto a dry towel and cover with another dry towel. Gently push down the layers to remove any extra water. Dry flat on top of the towel or aerated surface, providing the item and fibre is not prone to stretching out of shape.
What materials are used?
>RainbowPot Products are made using a variety of mostly natural fibres. We select high quality materials for our items and are sustainable in our sources of these materials. Please read the material descriptions for your garment. Protein fibres include: wool (merino, corridale, etc), silk, alpacca, llamma. >RainbowPot HQ is based in Bedfordshire, United Kingdom.

Can I return items?
>Currently we do not accept returns on hand made items. This is so that we are encouraging customers to consciously choose clothing/products. In previous years we have set up a swap shop, where customers could return items in exchange for store credit. These items would then be sold onto new owners at discounted prices. However, as it requires stock space to take in items again, we aren’t currently doing that at this time.
