Hi, I’m Kerry (aka Kezzla), designer & founder of RainbowPot Personalised Products!
My background is in animal behaviour, conservation & environmental ecology. However, I like to express creativity and RainbowPot was created in 2012. I used to make handmade jewellery from broken charms to form new life to treasured pieces. I fund raised for various charities during my early teens with my hand made crafts, and then started working the festival and events scenes.
During my university studies in 2015, RainbowPot evolved into a crochet clothing brand for wearable art with a niche for festival wear. I am the face behind all the admin, designs, making, packaging, shipping, and financial aspects for this slow fashion brand.
Organisation and execution of market stall holding, content creation, art installations, workshops and performances are all part of my task lists.
I have a circus background as well and regularly perform stage acts, I like to create unique items from RainbowPot to represent the brand during shows. So with that being said, sustainability of natural fibres and designs which empower movement and dance, really are at the forefront of the RainbowPot brand’s ethics. I truly enjoy being able to combine my passions in life and these have been harnessed throughout what I do within RainbowPot.
During my career in environmental ecology I have trained to climb trees for aerial inspections. I linked this skill with my passions for art and am able to safely rig artistic decor installations into trees, which I have done for various festivals.
RainbowPot is 100% home grown roots and involves community coming together for art. I would not have grown as a designer without the feedback I have received from all of the friends and customers I have met along this journey.
